3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this Tool, you agree to:

• Obtain explicit consent from all recipients before sending them messages
• Respect WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Tool for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use this Tool to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or commercial messages without consent
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights

3.3 Message Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all message content you create and send
• Ensure your messages are truthful, not misleading, and comply with advertising laws
• Obtain necessary rights/permissions for any content you share (images, links, etc.)
• Do not include copyrighted material without authorization

This Tool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any content you create or send using the Tool

The Tool, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by K Spider for Kreaction. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Tool's code without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

However, you may:

This Tool is provided free of charge. As a free service:
